The site www.camping-penmarch.fr contains a certain number of hypertext links to other sites (partners, information, video links, etc.) set up with the authorisation of the site’s owners. Protection of goods and persons – management of personal data
The information collected through our contact forms (surname, first name, email, company) is recorded in a computerised file by the Penmarc’h municipal campsite to facilitate exchanges with prospects and customers of the establishment. They are intended for any manager/employee of the establishment likely to have a telephone or e-mail exchange with the persons concerned, in particular to respond to their request. We use a Google ReCaptcha to avoid spam, here is the privacy policy.
The collected data is kept for a maximum period of 36 months in the event that a contract is not concluded with our company. In accordance with the provisions of articles 38 and following of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, any user has the right to access, rectify, delete and oppose personal data concerning him/her.

The request must be in writing and signed, accompanied by a copy of the identity document with the signature of the holder of the document, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent. No personal information of the user of the site www.camping-penmarch.fr is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties.
